Sage50 Order Export and Import

We need a Windows application, that connects SAGE 50 and extracts the following entities:
Purchase Orders
Pre Shipments
Items
Application will also fetch information from a cloud based mysql db and import to SAGE50. The following entities will be processed:
Receipt Confirmations ->Update received quantitiesfor a Purchase Order
Pre-Shipement Confirmations -> Update the Preshipment.
Inventory Adjustments
This is meant to be installed in a Windows Server and execute every 1 minute.
