I am looking for an experienced MySQL based database management software developer to create a solution tailored to my specific needs and requirements for defence forces.
I already have one functional software, but it needs to be modified as per my requirement. I cannot connect my software to internet after development (basically an offline solution only). My ideal software must include data entry and retrieval based on query asked by user, data analysis and plotting on an offline map. I would particularly prefer a MySQL database management system because of its versatility and scalability. The software will be used by 1-5 users, so it has to be powerful but also easy to use.
