SQL Database with User Front-End

I need a SQL database, preferably MySQL, with a user-friendly front-end for data entry and reporting. The existing data in Excel spreadsheets needs to be imported, ideally, but not mandatory.

Key Requirements:
- Detailed reports generation
- Import customer and inventory data from Excel
- User front-end with:
- User authentication
- Search functionality
- Data filtering options

The database and interface will be self-hosted on a local server once developed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL
- Experience in developing secure, user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Strong background in data import from Excel
