No-SQL Data Experts with Dashboard Front End Backend Charting Experience

I need NO-SQL data experts, analysts, coders who can help building a front end and backend system. Assume I have a huge amount of data. We need to modify and save as no-sql for faster query, low latency and low costs. Then once data is in the format we need, we need to create dashboard, charts that query this data in different formats for showing intelligent reporting. (slice and dice data for example by user, by account, by week, by month, by day, multiple accounts grouped together showing on chart etc) using either PHP or Python.
