SAAS - React/ASP.Net Core 5.0 Entity Framwork/Devexpress

I have an app that already has the API and about 25 forms completed. I am looking for someone who can help me finish off the development.
Your own license using DevExpress controls is a must as well as experience using DevExress grids with functions such as 'drag and drop' and row re-order'. New forms to look like the forms already programmed.
Tech stack is:-
Backend : ASP.Net Core 5.0 Entity Framework
Front End : React.js, Antd, styled components
Database convert mySql to msSql
Tools : Visual Studio 2019, Microsoft SQL server management studio 19, VScode.
I have designed the database and provide screenshots of the UI with mapping to database. Please refer to attached files.
