Restore DBs from server in resque mode

I am looking for a freelancer to help me restore some databases from a server in rescue mode. Specifically, I need a freelancer who specializes in MySQL, as this is the database type I require. I also need the freelancer to create a backup copy of the database as part of the process. For this project I'm expecting recovery timeframes to take 2-4 hours.
