Reset Server & Database Credentials for Security

We are onboarding a new developer and need to secure our infrastructure before starting new tasks. This task involves resetting all relevant credentials.

Scope of Work:

1. Server Access (SSH):

- Change the SSH password of the current deployment user.
- Generate and apply a new SSH key pair.
- Create a new deployment user with restricted access.
- Disable or remove the old user once everything works.

2. Database (MySQL):

- Change the password for the MySQL database user used by the Laravel project.
- Update the .env file with the new DB password.
- Test the connection and confirm the application runs properly.

Deliverables:

- All credentials must be updated and tested.
- A short screen recording of the process for internal verification.
- Push any necessary backend config changes (e.g., .env) to our GitHub branch.

Requirements:

- Must support our current Laravel project (the app and web share the same backend).
- Must be completed within 1 day.
- Clear communication and confidentiality required.


Budget: Fixed. Fixed budget (no extra hours will be accepted).

Deadline: 1 day (15% penalty per day of delay)
