Reservation software for Dentists
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Software users must be able to check the dentist's calendar and reserve the visit.
- The duration of the visit must be set according to what kind of service is needed (e.g., regular checkup 30 minutes, dental cleaning 60 minutes, tooth decay 120 minutes).
- After reservation, an email must be sent to the user with a link to download the pdf reservation (template will be provided, the format of the template must be agreed with the developer).
- If the user doesn't have an email address, an SMS with the link to PDF can be sent using this API: https://smsdevelopers.aruba.it (a working authentication code will be provided).
- The dentist must be able to log in with his account and
o Check the calendar with scheduled appointments
o Manually add appointments for clients that reserve their spot offline (e.g., by phone or going directly to the dentist's office)
o Set the list of services he can provide and, for each service, its duration in time.
Technical constraints
- The software will be part of each dentist's website, so it must be very flexible (and well documented) in CSS integration.
- A php framework must be used. Setup must be easy (FTP upload + configuration files update). For this reason, codeigniter will be preferred.
The budget for this job is the one set in the project, please do not bid over it, if you can’t do it within my budget, please just don’t bid on it.
