Relatively simple database to track attendance for around 300 employees. We need a data entry point for a hand full of users, it will need to calculate points and occurances based off the data entered, provide reports and export to a prebuilt forum

I am looking for a relatively simple database to track attendance for around 300 employees. The data entry point must only accommodate a few users, and be able to calculate points and occurrences based off of the entered data. This database will need to provide reports and allow us to export it to a prebuilt forum.
We specifically want our database to be of the SQL variety, as opposed to NoSQL or some other format. Furthermore, we do not need this database to be accessible online - it can be locally hosted.
The primary reports that we need this database to generate are attendance reports. We would like it to be able to generate performance reports and custom reports, but attendance reports are our main focus. The ability to export the data to a spreadsheets or some other forum is a priority as well.
