Project Overview: RTA Back Office System + Customer & Company Portals
We are looking to build a Windows Desktop Application / GOI Application (Back Office System) for RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agent) agents, along with web portals for customers and companies.The solution will manage investor records, corporate actions, compliance, KYC, billing, and more.

Corporate Actions: Bonus, Dividend, Rights, etc. with NSDL/CDSL file support
ISIN Reconciliation: Daily matching and exception reporting
Document & Signature Management
Integrated Billing System: Auto invoicing and reminders
Benpos Dispatch: Secure email/SFTP dispatch
Task Management: Assignments, reminders, recurrence
Grievance Handling: SLA-based ticket system
PAN/Folio Freeze & Unfreeze
Bulk Reporting: PDF/Excel/CSV export
Regulatory Compliance Module: Updates for SEBI, NSDL, CDSL rules
