Redmine Plugin - Permission for hiding sensitive field

We are using a Redmine with RedmineUP CRM and Helpdesk plugin. We are looking for enhancing redmine with new permission that can be used to Hide contacts email and contact link on issues and issues public link. This permission can be assigned to certain roles so users with that role won't be able to see contacts contact details but just name.
I am looking for a Redmine Plugin that can hide sensitive fields in the system. The specific sensitive field that needs to be hidden is the Contact Information.
Requirements:
- The hiding of the sensitive field should be done through a permission that can be assigned to a role per project.
- Users should have no access to the sensitive field.
