Redevelop a simple system that is in .NET to MySQL but keep the database as MS SQL

I have a system developed in .NET. We no longer have people to support .NET in our office. Therefore, I would like to redevelop the system using php. However, I would like to keep the same database which is in MS-SQL. If you have done such work before, please bid on this work.
