Recover InnoDB table data from moved files in MySQL database

I am trying to restore my database tables from a server that crashed. I have copies of the InnoDB table files, both the .frm files and the .idb files. (I now know these files cannot be copied or moved like MyISAM files can.) Is there someone that can help me restore that data on the new server from backups of the files that were on the old server?
