Record-keeping application for truckload shipping

I need a web application, an android application and an iOS application for record-keeping for my truckload shipping business. Basic requirement is to keep record of data of the trips. Some calculations will also be included based on the data. Please provide for the break-up price for web, android and iOS application if possible.
