THIS PROJECT REQUIRES:
1. Database Design
2. Backend Full Stack Development
3. UI/UX has been designed but must be cut and fitted to the application
4. Front-End, Public Web Site Development (Design has been completed)
4. This is all Web Based. NO MOBILE APP
5. Must Support the system for 90 days Post Delivery
Description
This is a web based system that MUST be developed in Laravel with a MySQL database with React.js on the UI/UX.
The system allows buyers and sellers or representatives of buyers and sellers (realtors, attorneys, others) to invite the other side (the buyer to invite the seller side and vice versa), describe the type of property that is being sold, and for the system to prepare the list of needed steps and documents that each side must provide so that the closing/title signing can be successful without uncertainties or problems.
Once the buyer or seller describe the property (42 possible types) the system will present the bill for the service and once paid via VIVA Wallet API the process will start.
The application will be initially built for the Greek market and the scope of this project is to build the Greek version of the application. The application will be in English with Translation tables to Greek or unlimited languages that WE can control through the Admin Section.
