The AI agent should monitor the real estate groups they’ve joined.
In these groups, people post about real estate properties—some list properties for sale, while others post about the type of property they’re looking to buy or invest in.
Whenever someone posts a property listing, the AI agent should collect that information and store it in a Property Database.
Whenever someone posts a property request, the AI agent should detect it and store the details in a Leads Database.
Essentially, they want an AI agent that continuously monitors the group, detects these two types of posts, and automatically saves relevant information to the database.
The Problem
They previously built an AI agent that worked well, but the platform it was monitoring banned them.
What Need Now
need the same functionality—an AI agent that can track posts and collect data—but in a way that avoids getting banned on the platform.
example :
I join in a different group in Facebook and in WhatsApp like example realtor so what I want is each day there is some automation running in the background which will take the all information from the group like suppose if someone post regarding to sell their property or rent out their property or they want to buy a property like that information have to fetch and store it in the database or a Google sheet in a very nicely manner like the name and message type like they want to buy or they want to sell or they want to rent out what's their budget what message they sent and like that
