Quickbase expert

We want a database of around 600 ports and harbours in the UK, with information about what welfare facilities and services they have available for seafarers and fishers. We also need to capture the cost of those services and facilities directly from service providers through a web form. The main data tables would be Ports, Drop-in Centres, Welfare Visitors, Transport, Connectivity (WiFi) and Local Levies. We want service providers to update the information annually through a web form that is accessible through our website.
