I'm seeking a skilled Python developer to create an automation bot using Selenium (or similar tools). The bot's primary function will be to log into a specific website (Specific Website A), fill out a form daily using data from a CSV file, and submit the form while logging any errors.

Key Requirements:
- Log in to Specific Website A (credentials provided)
- Solve captcha for login
- Fill out basic text fields in a form daily using data from a CSV file
- Submit the form and log any errors

Deliverables:
