Printing Application station

I have an exciting project that needs building and develop.
We are looking for a sort of programs or application to be build and hosted in the cloud.
This will enable us to roll out our self-service printing kiosk.
The functionally will be as follows.
Customer will be able to either upload their document on our website select the paper size (A3 or A4)
The site will have the functionality of calculating costing base on the number of pages, colour or black and white.
After which the customer will make an online payment and receive a code on their mobile/able to retrieve it on their portal account.
They will them go to one of the print locations around the city or town to release the printing with their unique code..
The print station will be equipped with a printer and a windows tablet.
The windows tablet will be connected the printer which will also be running an app that connect to the backend of the cloud server
