Teacher functions :sign in, register ,modify password , edit papers and submit them (The paper can be uploaded or be crawled on these website (http://www.cqvip.com/,https://www.cnki.net/ ) .
Admin functions : sign in, register ,user management(reset password for teacher and delete teacher's info in database), publish the paper to the website's main page , review the paper submitted by the teachers
For crawled part , there should be a search box that can be used for inputing the keyword of the paper and once the teacher confirms the keyword you should crawl it on these websites(http://www.cqvip.com/,https://www.cnki.net/ ) and list the results and at the same time providing a button for submittings.
