Phone Number Search RESTful API
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a skilled developer to create a RESTful API that searches through a large number of CSV files for specific phone numbers. The CSVs are organized by month/year and contain phone numbers. Each month contains about 5 CSVs, going back approximately 15 years.
Key Project Requirements:
- The API should take a phone number as a request and return an array of all the month/year instances where this number was found.
- The CSVs can be stored in a MySQL database.
- The API should use an API Key Header for authentication, making it easy to provide access to clients.
- The API should be able to return results in JSON format.
- It should be designed for hosting on AWS or GCP, or both.

- Proficiency in RESTful API development.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with AWS and GCP.
