PHP Script for JSON Retrieval and Storage

I need a PHP script that can log into an HTTPS server, read a JSON file and store its contents in a MySQL database.

Requirements:
- The script should use three parameters for server login: username, password and client ID.
- After successfully logging in, the script should read a JSON file.
- The script should then parse the JSON file and store its contents in a MySQL database.
