Brazilian Speaking PHP/CodeIgniter Dev for Web App MVP

We’re seeking experienced PHP/CodeIgniter developers to join us in the final sprint toward launching oneFoxy — a modern, mobile-first progressive web app designed to serve the Australian adult services market with a clean, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience.

This is a short-term contract with immediate start, supporting our core dev team through:

Final feature implementation

Bug fixing & QA

UX/UI refinement (especially for mobile devices)

General technical support as we prepare for production

Stack We Use:

PHP

MySQL

CodeIgniter

HTML, CSS, JS

PWA (Progressive Web App)

Git for version control

Ideal Candidate:

Solid experience with PHP & CodeIgniter

Familiar with mobile-first & PWA architecture

Able to collaborate with an existing dev team and follow coding standards

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously

Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian preferred) is a strong plus

Must have at least intermediate English skills for team communication

Additional Info:

You’ll be working closely with our Brazil-based development team

Our timeline to launch is 4–6 weeks, and we need extra hands to keep everything on track
