Osprey Planned Maintenance System

We are building out own database for the maintenance of the equipment on board a ship. We have made the tables a few querries and also the forms for updating the database. We are not working to get the data manipulation completed. Unfortunately this is taking too long and we will have to been using trial. can you tell me how you can help me finish this up and how much it expect it would cost. I am attaching the Access database created so date.
