Oracle Opera OXI integration with Channel Manager

I am seeking a freelancer who is experienced in integrating Oracle Opera with a Channel Manager. The goal of this project is to create PHP scripts that will work for availability synchronization - a script that triggers on availability change for each room type (from Opera OXI to Channel Manager), and a script that creates/modifies/cancels existing Opera reservations from Channel Manager to Opera OXI. This is simple 2-way integration used in many Channel Managers.
