The biggest issue is OTP performance.
Current problems:
Login with OTP takes 12–19 seconds.
Signup with OTP takes 12–19 seconds.
Password reset OTP is also slow.
OTP screen loads very slowly.
Need to identify the root cause and optimize the complete OTP flow.

2. Website Speed Optimization
Need to improve overall website performance.
