Role Description
We are looking for a programmer with proven experience developing on the Odoo platform, capable of working on customizations, integrations, custom modules, and optimizing business workflows.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Python, understands Odoo's modular architecture, and can translate business needs into elegant, stable, and scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain modules in Odoo (v14–v19).
• Create integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize workflows, models, views, and automations within Odoo.
• Resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with the business team to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Document developments, processes, and configurations.
Technical Requirements
• Demonstrable experience developing in Odoo (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Python and the Odoo ORM framework. • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with deployments in Linux environments.
• Understanding of key modules: CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, Website, eCommerce (not all, but several).
Desired Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and clean code.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with API/REST integrations.
• Docker knowledge (optional).
