Need help with optimizing MYSQL DB because of slow queries.

Hi, I need to optimize slow queries in MYSQL DB, which are creating unnecessary load for server. Numbers of queries vary from 15-20. Working with DB is not my strong suit, or rather not suit at all. I need someone to translate it for me, what is creating the problem - slow querry and off course solve it, fix it, optimize it.
