Need help bulding a sample responsive website for my collage graduation project
Budget: $200 – $260 USD
The idea of the project is a WEBSITE APPLICATION TASK TRACKER for a college project using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JAVASCRIPT. It involves ADDING TASKS, DELETING, and SEARCHING. There will be four roles. I need a database using SQL ( MYPHP ADMIN ).
It's a small task management tracking site that has 4 major user roles
-Dean (Super admin user ) - 1 user (pre-made )
*will have full access and authority to monitor tasks in the system as well as see their progress and edit tasks or assign/reassign them to whoever they see fit.
*Will only receive account applications of role “vice deans “ and authorizes them.
-Vice Dean (Admin )
*will have full access and authority to monitor tasks *only in their department* as well as see their progress and edit tasks or assign/reassign them to whoever they see fit.
*Will only receive account applications of role “Head of the department “ and authorize them.
Head of the department (admin )
will have full access and authority to monitor tasks *only in their department* as well as see their progress and edit tasks or assign/reassign them to whoever they see fit.
The Head of the department will only receive applications for “employees role” in their departments only.
-Employee ( user )
Upon registration employees will set their role as “employee “ and choose their department. those requests will be sent to the head of their department who will then have to approve them.
Those users will only be able to view tasks assigned to them and they have to either accept them or decline them when they decline they have to provide a reason for which the head of the department will see and act accordingly to.
Users can view their tasks through a calendar page that displays customization options like weekly and bi-weekly.
The major functions are below :
A sign-up linked to a database with roles and departments.
-Assigning tasks will save the task in the database with its provide attributes and will be sent to the user who has to accept it or decline it.
**** milestones will be separated throughout the duration of the project and will be paid out weekly. As I require weekly updates and changes so that I stay relevant and updated on the project's progress.
