Need database records added to directory plugin for website

I have a database of 90k records that need to be added to a new directory website. I purchased a Wordpress plugin called "Directories Pro". I need the records added to this. It is a Wordpress website. The plugin allows search by state and city. I need the features, states and cities added from the 90k records to be used for search functions. You must have experience working with databases and wordrpess. The 90k records need to have the fields paired to the fields with the directory plugin. You cannot load this many records from the Wordpress dashboard, it is too slow and takes up too many resources. must be added from cpanel.
