Need to connect eSSL bio metric device to web server

I have 4 eSSL biometric in my office, all these four devices connect with a LAN connection. and my payroll application in an online web server, this application is for my own. We need to connect all 4 machines to an online web server, all the data update to the online application, we used MySQl database
