Need a Tableau expert for a live Dashboard creation

I have an API which generates the data an a AWS redshift database. I need a tableau dashboard for the analysis on top of that datasets. We need live dashboard with link embedding within dashboard.
I can share further views, analysis which is required once we go ahead with the project.
