Need a MYSQL junior query analyst

I currently face a problem which is that i have duplicated state fields for a country -> staty-> city hierarchy. I want a mysql developer that is capable of create mysql transactions to remov duplicate data and update it accordingly to whats concerned . Please keep in mind that the quantity of states should be the same as the official geographical documentation states and not other.
