NOP Commerce Upgrade

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to upgrade my NOP Commerce website from version 4.30 to a later version 4.60.4. I have not made any customizations to the standard version, so I am looking for a straightforward upgrade.
Also need to copy data base after upgrade and load databse onto another new blank uncustomized store
