Mysql Delete and update some records on a table

Hello, i Have a table contain 37K records, i will give you this table and your job is
1. to remove some records, i will provide with a sheet contain id numbers, remove all these ids
2. another sheet contain id, name and domains, now search for each id and replace the name and domain as provided
the task i think will require to run 2 commands, one to remove and another to update,
once you finish send me the db to test it on my server
