MySQL server down over 3 hours in cPanel/WHM

I am having a major issue where MySQL has been down for over 3 hours now and is causing huge problems on my cPanel/WHM server. I have tried various things such as restarting the MySQL server, restarting the main server, suspending 2 accounts that have come up on the notification emails saying their databases have crashed but nothing has worked.
