MySQL database repair

My database is hosted on a VPS. It is currently deployed but not working properly. I have a copy of the database in a folder on the VPS which can be downloaded so that you can work with it locally. Connections can be made by SSH and FTP. Once you download the database, I will reset the server and install direct admin. At this point you would be expected to reinstall the database and get it running and confirm API functionality with front end devs.
