MySQL database expert

My website is a bitcoin exchange website, now I'm looking for a MySQL database expert who helps me with building databases and other problems.
The first developer has to build the database and then manage it.
For building, the developer can work 30hours every week, and then after building the database, the developer can work 2~5 hours every week to manage.
Developers must have rich experience with MySQL from the old version to the latest version.
