MySQL - MS SQL DB SYNC PROCESS

I am looking for a developer who can assist me with a MySQL - MS SQL DB sync process. The project requires two-way synchronization between the MySQL and MS SQL databases in real time.
-MySQL (from WordPress DB) and ERP Program (MS SQL) synchronization.
-Two DBs have different structures, so it is hard to synchronize entire tables. Therefore, we want to synchronize certain columns and rows (values) in real-time.
-That is, when certain values are modified, that's going to automatically trigger the synchronization in both MS SQL and MySQL.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in both MySQL and MS SQL
- Experience with database synchronization processes
- Knowledge of real-time data synchronization techniques
- Familiarity with medium-sized data volumes (1GB to 10GB)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any synchronization issues that may arise
