MySQL Query Creation - Delete duplicates

We have had issues at some point when we moved server possibly moths ago and it has only just been found,
Certain accounts have duplicates, we require a working query to keep the first instance of the account and move any duplicates of the email address/accounts from the table
I cannot provide a copy of the table with data due to security, but I have attached the table data
The duplicate instances are by the email column
