MySQL Migration Script. Upgrade MySQL Schema from old database to new database stracture.

We recently upgraded our software that uses a mysql database as back-end. The newer version of our software have many new fields (required and required not to be nulls). so we want an SQL upgrade script to go from the old DB to the new DB structure (WITHOUT LOOSING ANY DATA).
