MySQL to MSSQL Conversion

I am in need of an experienced database professional who can help in converting my small MySQL database (less than 1GB) into MSSQL. The database doesn't contain any stored procedures, hence simplifying the migration process.
Key requirements of the project:
- A thorough understanding of both MySQL and MSSQL.
- Experience in database conversion processes.
- MySQL database (source) is small, less than 1GB.
- There are no stored procedures in the database.
Please note compatibility requirements:
- The MSSQL version for conversion is specifically required. MSSQL 2017 or later

I have login through PHPMyAdmin but I don't know how to export data since following the guide the script generated only contains "create table" but without any columns??? We need to have a call by Teams so i can shre screen and get helped to make the export file or get guided instructions.
Deliver for releasing payment should be an .bak file from MSSQL server.
