MySQL Engineering and Optimization

I have a file of a database (containing .frm .ibd etc files) I can restore it in MySql but there are certain fields in it that are encrypted (I seem to have found the key in a certain table) and these encrypted fields It should show Chinese. qt_name and qt_answer in Figure 01 need to be decrypted, and paper_num in Figure 02 seems to be the key
