MySQL Database Restoration Expert Needed

I am experiencing issues with restoring a MySQL database and need an expert to assist with the following tasks:

MySQL Server Configuration:

The MySQL service is failing to start after attempting to restore .ibd files from a backup directory.
The MySQL error log reports issues with tablespaces and foreign key constraints.
We are also dealing with AppArmor restrictions potentially causing MySQL startup problems.
Tasks:

Diagnose and resolve MySQL startup failures, including issues with tablespaces and foreign key constraints.
