Multifaceted Giveaway App with Email Collection

I'm looking to build a program based on one that already exists (but with modifications). Clicking the link below you'll find an existing online utility that helps business owners collect email addresses and names to be utilized from third-party companies like MailChimp in order to build and communicate a "Opt-In" email list in exchange for the opportunity to win prizes, giveaways, coupon promocodes, and such.

This is an "Extremely Easy Program" if you look at it, very straightforward, with just a handful of changes I want to implement within it making it even better than the one you would be reverse engineering or cloning.
