Multi threat web scraping from a web server

I need someone experienced in python to build a multi-threat web scraper and add the IP which I will provide, Also this need to work on a web server, (I will provide server)
Data should be saved in the same web server, in MySQL database.
This project has 2 parts on the same website, one you finished the first part, then I will release the 50$. And move to the 2nd part of this project. Once you finish the 2nd part, I will release another 50$.
So the total budget is 100$.
First, the part must be done as soon as possible as this part is very urgent.
Will send the details instruction, IPs, and web server details to the sleeted freelancer.
