Multi region database

I am looking for an experienced database specialist to design and implement a multi-region database to service an ever growing workload. The chosen solution should utilize MariaDB and needs to be able to support replication to accommodate concurrent requests of more than 50. The technology used should be stable and secure, providing us with the ability to grow our database as necessary. The provider will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements related to set up, maintenance, growth, and scalability of this system. Performance tuning is also essential for this project to ensure the highest levels of reliability and user experience. We have an api for our mobile games, it handles registration and controlling overall gameplay. The issue is latency, regarding database. We need some good solution.
