I need a mobile app that allows for the update of media content on my website(s). Many sub domains will be used by users so a database will be needed. The app should facilitate the uploading, editing, and targeting of media files (images/videos) to specific destination files on the site, with the ability to set limitations on changes and incorporate ad-based content.
