Medical Licensing Database

I am looking to develop a medical licensing database to help with applying and tracking physician, physician assistant, nurse and nurse practitioner licenses, along with CME tracking. I will also need the ability to map uploaded applications easily. This is a database that will need to be updated on a weekly basis in order to remain accurate and up to date. This database must include all the above license types and must also have the capability to store and retrieve data in an efficient way. Would love for the database to have a web crawler function to verify licenses and to include a capture function to save documents to the database. This database should include the most up-to-date information and should be highly secure. The data must also be easily accessible by any authorized user.
