MariaDB tuning and performance optimization

Hello, I need to do some tuning on my MariaDB server, when there're a lot of request (2000 requests per second) the CPU on the MariaDB process go to 400% and CPU load average around 900, how can I improve performance?

Server details: 96 core 192 threads, 1024GB RAM
